I went to Jonathan Douglas because another salon in the old port messed up my hair! Even though the girl said she was well trained. I went to Samantha and I told her I wanted to be blonde..she made me blonde, however once I saw it I changed my mind. She did not make me feel bad about changing my mind, instead she said "I would rather have you leave HAPPY then leave here with someone you dont like" 30 minutes later I was out the door with the best color I have had in years and a feeling that I got what I paid for, which is what I wanted and not what some "oldport" stylist wanted to me to have. Hand down the best hair style and color I have ever had. I went to Jonathan Douglas to have a new color and I was teamed up with Jim to give me just that.
